Section 64
Prohibition on Representation
An employee shall not represent himself or herself on behalf of any other person or group except to make a request to the relevant body or authority on the matter he/she is upset about. However, this Act shall not be deemed to hinder the representation of the employees recognized by the Government of Nepal on behalf of the professional organization and any action to be taken on the basis of the official responsibility of the employee.
