(1) If someone loses or destroys a license or permit, within thirty-five days of the same, he must submit an application to the Ministry to explain the reason.
(2) If the application given in accordance with sub-rule (1) is found to be dubious, the Ministry will give a copy of the license or permit to the applicant after taking a fee of two hundred rupees.
