: (1) The contractor shall submit the following report and information related to the petroleum work done by him to the Department:
(a) Monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
(b) Report of magnetic and gravity survey.
(c) Report of surface geological survey.
(d) Report of seismic data and its interpretation.
(e) Report on well digging.
(f) Inspection of petroleum reserves, site boundaries and economic evaluation report.
(g) Report on petroleum products.
(h) Safety programs and accident reports.
(i) Service and goods procurement plan and copies of all contracts with contractors.
(j) Design basis, details and maps and construction records.
(k) Technical inspection report on petroleum works.
(l) Details of petroleum expenditure.
(d) Report on educational and training programs.
(d) Required reports according to the accounting system prescribed by the Government of Nepal (n) any other report required by the Department.
(2) The contractor shall submit all samples, reports, documents, data and information to the department as per the petroleum contract.
