(1) After the completion of the investigation, the investigating officer shall submit a report to the Commission with his opinion after analyzing the collected evidence and the factual details from it.
(2) Based on the report submitted in accordance with sub-rule (1), if the investigation officer finds procedural errors or any other errors during the investigation, the commission may give instructions to correct the same or may inspect the said missile document itself.
