Rule 43
Report to be submitted
(1) After publishing the results of the election, the Election Officer shall prepare a report containing the following details and submit it to the Commission: (a) Number of voters, (b) Details of candidates, (c) Total votes cast, (d) Bad and bad votes. , (e) Votes received by each candidate, (f) Details of elected candidates, (g) Details of employees employed in the election, (h) Details of expenses incurred in the election, (j) Other details specified by the Commission. When preparing the report as per Section 56 of the Act, when mentioning the votes received by the candidate in accordance with clause (e) of sub-rule (1), the votes received by the candidate shall be mentioned separately in the vote count of all stages of voting. (3) The election officer shall mention sub-rule (1). While preparing the report, the members of the federal parliament and the members of the state assembly and the votes given by them should be mentioned separately as per clauses (a), (c) and (d).
