26. Submitting the report: (1) The board shall prepare an annual report including the achievements of the main activities carried out by it throughout the year and submit it to the Government of Nepal through the Ministry of Finance within three months of the end of the financial year.
(2) The report as per sub-section (1) shall be publicly published by the board.
