: (1) Every health institution shall submit a report to the licensing authority every year, including the details of the services it provides.
(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1), in relation to the services provided by health institutions licensed by the province and local level, based on the report received from the relevant health institution as per sub-section (1), the relevant province and local level shall prepare a lump sum report and send it to the Ministry. .
(3) When sending the report according to sub-section (2), details of the public health programs conducted by the state and local levels must be attached in accordance with the prevailing law.
(4) On the basis of the report received in accordance with sub-section (2), the Ministry may give instructions as necessary.
