(1) After conducting the investigation according to this Act, the Commission shall disclose the following matters and submit a report to the Government of Nepal:-
(a) Particulars of complaints investigated and disposed of by the Commission,
(b) Details of actual facts discovered by the investigation,
(c) Details of reconciliation between the victim and the perpetrator as per section 22 by the Commission,
(d) Matters recommended to the Government of Nepal in accordance with Sections 23, 24 and 26 (e) Details recommended for action under section 25,
(f) the underlying causes of armed conflicts and the necessary policy, legal, institutional, administrative and practical reforms to prevent recurrence of such incidents in the future,
(g) If it is necessary to enact a law to implement the report, the subject,
(h) Things to be adopted by the government of Nepal immediately and in the future regarding the promotion of human rights, strengthening of the justice system and creating an atmosphere of harmony in the society,
(i) Other matters deemed appropriate by the Commission.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the Commission may submit an interim report to the Government of Nepal with its recommendations from time to time on the matters under investigation.
(3) The report received as per sub-section (1) shall be submitted by the Government of Nepal to the Legislature-Parliament within thirty days.
