(1) Licensee of travel or trekking agency or hotel or lodge in accordance with Section 10 Section 45A. The person who registers the tourism business must submit a periodic report to the "Nepal government in case of those licensed or registered by the Nepal government and the state government in the case of those registered or licensed by the state government" as specified.
(2) Apart from what is written in sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal from time to time shall appoint a licensed person of a travel or trekking agency or a hotel lodge in accordance with section 10 section 45A. If necessary, other details can be requested from the person who registered the tourism business.
(3) The Government of Nepal may inspect, cause and examine the accounts and other records of travel or trekking agencies or hotels or tourism business offices as per section 45A.
