(1) The Foundation shall have its own separate fund.
(2) The fund of the foundation shall have the following amounts:-
(a) Subsidy amount to be received from the Government of Nepal.
(B) Funds received from any foreign government and international organizations.
(c) Amount received for consulting services and research work.
(d) Funds received from any other source.
(3) All funds of the fund shall be deposited in any commercial bank of Nepal.
(4) The amount of expenses required for the purpose of the establishment shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
