(1) Pokhara Institute of Health Sciences has been established to conduct high-level studies, teaching and research in the field of health sciences and to provide easily accessible and quality health services to the general public.
(2) The head office of the institution will be in Kaski district.
(3) The institution shall be called Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences in English language.
