Section 61
Prohibition of Demonstration and Strike
Employees who create enmity between people of different castes, castes, religions, classes, regions and sects in such a way as to undermine the sovereignty and integrity of Nepal, the peace and security of the country, foreign relations and public dignity and contempt of court decisions. It is not allowed to demonstrate, participate in a strike or incite others with the intention of doing so in a manner that spreads communal ill-feeling or incites any crime or obstructs the performance of one's work duties.
