(1) In accordance with this Act, inspection of scales and measuring or weighing devices, whether or not, licenses and permits have been obtained, whether or not such licenses and permits have been renewed, monitoring by the provincial and local levels as necessary. Can do.
(2) The province or local level can monitor in coordination with the department on the basis of the standards determined by the Government of Nepal.
(3) During monitoring according to sub-section (1) or (2), if someone is found to have committed an act contrary to this Act, the monitoring officer shall send a written report to the department or the office under it for action.
(4) During the monitoring according to sub-section (1) or (2), if there is any matter that needs to be dealt with according to the relevant provincial or local law, the provincial or local level may also take action according to that law.
(5) According to sub-section (3), if written action is received from the province or local level, the department or office shall immediately conduct necessary investigation and take necessary action in accordance with this Act.
