(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, the Government of Nepal may register hotels, lodges, restaurants and resorts or bars as prescribed by the Government of Nepal in the regulations made under this Act.
(2) The Provincial Government shall also use the powers granted to the Government of Nepal in relation to the inspection and testing of tourist-level hotels, lodges, restaurants and resorts or bars registered in accordance with sub-section (1).
