Section 10
Duties, Duties and Powers of Commander-in-Chief
(1) It shall be the duty and duty of the Commander-in-Chief to manage the Nepali Army under the instructions given by the Government of Nepal and the laws in force.
(2) The Commander-in-Chief shall submit an annual report on the management of the Nepali Army within the month of Baisakh every year to the Government of Nepal and the report received by the Government of Nepal shall be discussed in the State Order and Good Governance Committee of the House of Representatives of the Federal Parliament. (3) Other functions, duties and powers of the Commander-in-Chief shall be as prescribed in this Act and the rules made under this Act.
