(1) After the statement of the defendant, after looking at the documents and evidences filed in the case, the decision should be mentioned in the order, and the evidence should be clearly understood. (2) According to sub-rule (1), after the order to understand the evidence, the parties to the case shall submit their evidence before the hearing of the case.
