(1) The term of permission, permit or certificate mentioned in this regulation shall be valid until the period as mentioned in this regulation and until the end of June of each financial year if it is not mentioned. Every person or organization shall renew the permission, permission or certificate fifteen days before the expiry date by paying the fee as per the rules.
(2) In case of not renewing within the period as per sub-rule (1) and renewing within the following time, the following additional late fee will be charged
(a) Twenty-five percent within thirty-five days of expiry,
(b) fifty percent within ninety days of expiry,
(c) Seventy-five percent within one hundred and eighty days of expiry (3) If the renewal is not done within the period as per sub-rule (2), such licence, permit or certificate shall be automatically cancelled. If you want to get permission, permit or certificate again, you have to complete the process according to this regulation.
