Rule 45
Procedure to be followed for cancellation of certificate

(1) If the certificate obtained by a conciliator has to be canceled on the basis mentioned in sub-section (3) of section 21 of the Act, the council shall give an opportunity to the concerned conciliator to submit an explanation within a period of twenty one days.
(2) If the explanation submitted as per sub-rule (1) is not satisfactory, the Council shall cancel the certificate obtained by such conciliator.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), the council shall inform the relevant body that the certificate of the conciliator has been cancelled.
