Section 36
Accepting certificates
(1) The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the certificate in the following cases:-
(a) if he publishes such certificate or authorizes one or more persons for publication, or
(b) if there is any reason to believe that he has accepted the certificate (2) If the certificate is accepted, then the customer shall be deemed to have guaranteed the following to the person relying on any information mentioned in the certificate:-
(a) the client is authorized to hold a private key corresponding to the public key listed in the certificate,
(b) that all the information and information provided by the customer to the certifying body in connection with the issuance of the certificate are true and correct and that all the facts related to the information contained in the certificate are true, and
(c) To the best of the customer's knowledge or understanding, the information mentioned in the certificate is true and correct.
