(1) The Commission shall issue a certificate as per Schedule-14 to the parties registered in accordance with sub-rule (6) of rule 3 and sub-rule (6) of rule 5.
(2) According to sub-rule (5) of Rule 8, the Commission shall issue a certificate as per Schedule-15 to the party formed by amalgamation or merger of two or more parties.
