Section 57
Punishment of a person acting in a leading role
: For any firm, company, institution or licensee committing an offense punishable under this paragraph, if the officer or employee who committed such offense is identified, such officer or employee and if the officer or employee is not identified, when such offense is committed A person who works as the head of a firm, company, organization will be punished.
