: (1) Government of Nepal Section 8D. Or can make a set of the mentioned standard amount and measure or its fraction or fraction (multiples or sub-multiples). Such a set will be called a major standard.
(2) The main standard will be the specified items, design and details. It shall be certified by the appointed person or officer and shall be stamped and kept in the department as prescribed and within each period as prescribed, it shall be checked against the national standard and a stamp shall be affixed with the date of the said check.
