24. Work, Duties and Rights of the Spokesperson

The work, duties and rights of the Spokesperson specified in accordance with Section 35 of the Act shall be as follows:-

(a) To receive information that should be made public in the body he/she is working for,< br> (b) To make public the information about the subject to be made public regularly with the approval of an officer one level above him,
(c) If someone requests information on a specific matter related to the office, he will provide information according to the prevailing law, but if the information on such a matter is against the public interest, the spokesperson shall not be obliged to provide such information. .
