(1) Banks, financial institutions and cooperative organizations and training institutions who wish to conduct programs of a nature to achieve the objectives of the fund before the committee must submit a proposal in the format determined by the committee.
(2) Upon examining the proposal received as per sub-rule (1), the committee may approve such proposal if it finds it appropriate to implement such proposal.
(3) After the proposal according to sub-rule (2) is approved, an agreement will be made between the fund and the bank, financial institution and cooperative organization and the fund and the training body in the format prescribed by the committee.
