: To prepare skilled manpower necessary for the all-round development of Nepal, to provide quality higher education, to conduct research in various aspects, to protect and develop national culture and tradition, while making knowledge and research in art, science, technology and professional fields comprehensive and practical and timely. Since it is desirable to make Tribhuvan University more capable, which was established in the year 2016, Parliament has made this Act in the 21st year of the reign of Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj Veerendra Veer Vikram Shahdeev.
