Section 17
Vice Chancellor

(1) The Minister of Education, Science and Technology or the Minister of State shall be the Vice-Chancellor of the University (2) In the absence of the Vice-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor shall preside over the meeting of the Assembly and the convocation ceremony of the University.
(3) The Vice-Chancellor may inspect the University and give directions as required.
