Act made to make provisions regarding competition promotion and market protection

Preamble: Production of goods or services or To make the national economy more open, liberal, market-oriented and competitive by maintaining fair competition between distributing individuals or establishments, to increase national productivity by developing the professional capacity of producers or distributors through fair competition, to provide protection against unwanted interference in the market, monopolies and controlled business Since it is desirable to control the practices and improve the quality of produced goods and services to encourage the work of bringing them to the consumers at competitive prices and to prevent the possible unsanitary competition that may occur in business practices and to maintain the economic interests and morals of the general public, the House of Representatives announced in the first year of its release, 2063 This Act has been made.
