As it is desirable to establish and organize the Nepal Agricultural Research Council to raise the economic level of the common people by studying and researching the problems of the agricultural sector, advice of the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 129 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal, 2047 from Shri 5th Maharaj Adhiraj Birendra Bir Bikram Shahdev And this law has been made by consensus.
