: Since it is desirable to amend and unify the current law regarding the remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service of the Chief Justice and Supreme Court Judges of Nepal, the Legislature-Parliament has made this Act according to Article 296, Clause (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
