Section 3
Formation of Police Force

(1) There shall be one or more police forces for Nepal. The formation of the police force and the number of police personnel in it will be as determined by the Government of Nepal from time to time.
(2) Salary and other conditions of service of police force officers and soldiers shall be as determined by the Government of Nepal from time to time.
