(1) A person who is not satisfied with the decision made by the Special Police Court under Section 36 in the case related to the offense under this paragraph may appeal within thirty-five days to the Special Police Court at a higher level.
(2) Central Police Special Court under sub-section (2) of section 36 or section 36A. An appeal will be taken before the Government of Nepal on the decision made by the Special Police Court.
