(1) A person who wants to register a private firm can submit an application in the prescribed format along with the prescribed form to the concerned department. Such application should include the following details:-
(a) Name of Private Firm.
(b) Address of private firm.
(c) The purpose of the private firm and details of the items and work it deals with. (e) Other details prescribed by the Government of Nepal from time to time by notified order.
(2) After filing an application under sub-section (1), if the concerned department has reason to believe that the details given in the application are true, and if there is reason to open a private firm as per the application, the concerned department shall register the private firm in the prescribed register book in the prescribed format. The certificate will be issued to the applicant.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2), not more than one commercial private firm having the same purpose shall be registered in the name of the same person.
