Rule 39
Arrangements for Primary Education Learning Achievement Tests

(1) In order to test the learning achievement of the students of classes three and five of the primary level, there will be a learning achievement testing committee in each resource center as follows:-
(a) Headmaster of the school where the resource center is located - Chairman
(b) Three members nominated by the concerned school inspector on the recommendation of the chairman and member-secretary of the learning achievement test committee including at least one woman representing all levels of teachers from among the teachers of the schools under the resource center. (c) Source Person – Member – Secretary
(2) The term of office of the members nominated in accordance with clause (b) of sub-rule (1) shall be two years.
(3) The committee under sub-rule (1) will do all the work related to the examination necessary to test the learning achievement of the students.
(4) It shall be the duty of the school to assist the committee under sub-rule (1) in all the work related to the examination necessary to test the learning achievement of the students.
