(2) If the technical knowledge, services and financial support required to carry out the work as per sub-rule (1) is desired, the concerned landowner shall submit an application to the Watershed Protection Officer in the format as per Schedule-3, by opening the work plan, necessary technical knowledge, services and financial details.
(3) In the application made according to sub-rule (2), the watershed protection officer shall make necessary inquiries and send it in writing to the department for disposal along with his opinion. (4) After receiving the written notice according to sub-rule (3), if the department deems it necessary, it should be re-examined and issued as soon as possible.
