Section 44
Sender is responsible
(1) The consignor shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the lack of or insufficient documentation except through the wrongful act or error of any employee of the Board.
(2) The consignor shall be responsible for the consequences arising from the non-packing or improper packing of any goods, and if there is any loss or damage to the railway due to this, the consignor shall also bear the compensation for such loss and damage.
