(1) No provision shall be made to reduce the incentives, discounts, facilities or concessions provided to the industry under this Act. But nothing in this section shall be deemed to preclude the provision of further incentives, discounts, facilities or concessions.
(2) Under the Industrial Business Act, 2073, which was in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, and in the case of incentives, concessions, facilities or concessions with a limited period in accordance with that Act, in the case of incentives, discounts, facilities or concessions which have been granted or registered under the said Act and incentives, discounts, facilities which have not been limited in terms of the said Act, or in the case of concessions, will get incentives, discounts, facilities or concessions as per this Act.
(3) Industries registered or licensed before the commencement of this Act, but which have commenced commercial production or business only after the commencement of this Act, shall be entitled to exemptions, facilities or concessions as per this Act. However, if the period for receiving incentives, exemptions, facilities or concessions in accordance with prevailing laws related to industrial business existing at the time of registration of such industry or permission is longer than the period of incentives, exemptions, facilities or concessions provided by this Act or such incentives, exemptions, facilities or facilities in accordance with this Act Or if they do not get concessions, they will get incentives, discounts, facilities or concessions according to the prevailing industrial business laws.
(4) The process related to incentives, discounts, facilities or concessions provided to industries shall be as prescribed.
