Rule 106
Create a list
(1) A separate list of the main documents of each case submitted to the Bench for decision shall be prepared and kept with the filing form.
(2) The serial number of the documents mentioned in the list of main documents prepared according to sub-rule (1) should be written in a separate part and recorded at the head of the document in such a way that it can be easily found. (3) In accordance with sub-rule (1) the duty of making a list and making a note in accordance with sub-rule (2) shall be the responsibility of the magistrate who is in charge of the case.
