: (1) According to Section 31, if the concerned depositor or the holder according to the prevailing law does not come forward for the payment of the claim, the fund shall open a separate account in Nepal Rastra Bank in its name to pay the deposit amount of such depositor later.
(2) The claim payment and filing process for the deposit amount in the fund as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
