Rule 81
Regarding execution of judgment

(1) The execution of the judgment of the civil case by the commercial court shall be in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) If the defendant is present at the time of the judgment, he must be sent to prison for the imprisonment or fine imposed according to the judgment. If the defendant is absent, the record of the penalty, fine or imprisonment imposed according to the judgment shall be kept in his court and sent to the relevant district court for collection.
(3) If a penalty, punishment or imprisonment is required to be recovered, the relevant district court shall record the amount in its record book. The concerned district court should give the information about the attachment to the court where the attachment is sent.
(4) After receiving the information about the seizure from the concerned district court, the adjudicating court shall mention the same in the records it has.
(5) In the case of giving information about the decision, giving orders and instructions to any body, office, officer, or any other matters that do not require the execution of the decision based on the application of the party to the case, within seven days after the decision is final and the receipt of the letter, the registrar or the officer assigned by him to look into the commercial case branch shall act in accordance with the decision. It should be sent in writing to the relevant agency.
