Rule 127
Proceedings After Judgment
(1) When the case is decided by the court, if the party who has to pay the government bill or who has been sentenced to a fine is present in the court, the relevant branch shall make him pay the fine and attach the receipt of the same. If the government fails or does not pay the fine, the prisoner will have to be released and sent to prison according to the law.
(2) When the case is decided by the court, if the party who has to pay the government bill or who has been sentenced to imprisonment is present in the court, the relevant branch shall send him to the prison by issuing a prisoner's bail.
(3) If the party sentenced to fine and imprisonment is not present when the case is decided by the court, the concerned branch shall write a separate letter and send it to the concerned court.
(4) If a directive order has been issued by the court in connection with a writ petition or if something has to be implemented according to the court's decision, the relevant branch shall send a copy of the decision to the directorate.
(5) According to sub-rule (3) or (4) after the completion of the work of giving the attachment and sending the copy, the concerned branch shall submit the extracted missile to the archive branch.
