(1) During the hearing of the case, if the statement of the concerned party and the legal practitioner are rejected, the decision shall be pronounced by the tribunal on the same day after the conclusion of his testimony.
(2) The short description of the decision according to sub-rule (1) shall be signed by the written member in the opinion book and shall be read to the parties present and corrected in the opinion book and the judgment and final order shall be attached within seven days.
(3) Due to the complexity of the subject matter involved in the case, if it is not possible to pronounce the judgment on the same day as per sub-rule (1), the tribunal may set a date of up to fifteen days for pronouncing the judgment in writing.
