Rule 111
Procedures to be disclosed when writing a judgment
The judge must clearly disclose the following matters in his judgment or final order by separating the case: (a) Claims and objections of the parties to the case, a. (b) a summary of the initial judgment or final order or decision,
(c) Notice of Appeal,
(d) Subject to be decided,
(e) Questions of fact and law raised by both parties,
(f) Key Points of Law Practitioner's Debate,
(g) If any precedent or legal principle is mentioned in the appeal or argument, a clear analysis of whether the precedent or principle is relevant or not,
(h) Decisions with reasons and grounds therefor and laws relating thereto, and
(i) If the defendant does not agree with the order given in accordance with section 211 of the Civil Procedure (Code) Act, 2074 and section 140 of the Civil Criminal Procedure (Code) Act, 2074, the reason for that.
