Rule 107
Judgment or final order
(1) On the day of the hearing of the case, after the statements and arguments of the concerned parties and legal practitioners are over, the court shall make a decision. However, if a case that has been submitted and discussed before the court requires further deliberation between the judges sitting on the court or if the decision cannot be delivered on the same day due to the complexity of the case, the court may set another date of up to fifteen days for delivering the verdict.
(2) When making a decision according to sub-rule (1), a separate hearing should be held for determining the punishment in accordance with the prevailing law, and if so, a date of payment shall be fixed for that purpose.
(3) The judge who makes the written decision in the opinion book according to sub-rule (1) and (2) shall sign and deliver the said decision to the party present and have it stamped.
(4) After the decision, within the period prescribed by the law, the judge or judges who decided the decision in writing shall have it printed and attached to the missile.
