(1) The Nepal Law Reform Commission, existing at the time of commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to have been formed in accordance with this Act.
(2) The work done by the Nepal Law Reform Commission which existed at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been carried out by the Commission in accordance with this Act.
(3) The chairman and vice-chairman working in the Nepal Law Reform Commission at the time of commencement of this Act shall remain in office for the period specified at the time of their appointment.
