Rule 79
Promotion Committee may make necessary arrangements
In case of any unexpected difficulties during the promotion process in authorized level positions, in matters not covered by this paragraph or in matters not covered by the rules, if there is any unexpected difficulty, the promotion committee may make necessary interpretations or provisions so as not to prejudice the purpose of the Act and these regulations. Such explanation or arrangement should be sent to all relevant bodies for guidance.
