Rule 51
The marks given by the promotion committee
: (1) The promotion committee will schedule a schedule based on the leadership, command, special responsibilities (staff and trainers), responsible completion of tasks in challenging tasks and the performance level of the armed police personnel who are potential candidates for promotion. A maximum of five marks will be given based on the evaluation form as per -13.
(2) For the purpose of awarding marks according to sub-rule (1), the marks awarded by the promotion committee will be determined from the average of the marks given by the chairman and members of the promotion committee in separate forms.
(3) When giving points according to sub-rule (2), the chairman and members of the promotion committee should give less than two points to an armed police officer, the objective reason must also be mentioned.
(4) When awarding points according to sub-rule (2), the chairman and members of the promotion committee may give a maximum of five points to the armed police personnel who perform commendable and creative work to raise the name of the nation and the armed police organization.
(5) The marks provided by the chairman or members of the promotion committee shall be divisible by zero, ten, and twenty-five.
