Rule 56
Documents related to promotion can be washed
: After three years of completion of the entire process related to promotion, documents related to promotion other than the decision of recommendation for promotion can be washed. However, such documents should be kept safe until the final decision is made on any promotion related complaint. Explanation: For the purpose of this rule, "appeal" means a writ petition against a decision of promotion.
