Section 30
Changes in promotion conditions
In case of any amendment in the rules made under section 26, 26A, 27, 28 and 29 or so, provision shall be made so that it shall be applicable only from the date of one year after such amendment. But the restrictive phrase clause (2) of sub-section (1) of section 26 and the provisions of sub-section (2) shall be deemed to have come into effect from 29th Chaitra 2069.
