Rule 38
Promotion
: (1) According to rule 9, the posts filled by promotion shall be promoted from the armed police personnel of the relevant group or sub-group on the recommendation of the promotion committee.
(2) The promotion committee shall publish the notice of promotion in accordance with this rule.
(3) The promotion committee shall publish information regarding the list of armed police personnel recommended for promotion in accordance with this rule. Explanation: For the purpose of this rule, "notice" means the notice published on the web site of the Armed Police Force and also on the notice board of the Head Office.
