Section 35
Arrangement of Closed Bench
(1) Children accused of criminal acts shall be heard and prosecuted in closed court unless otherwise ordered by the Juvenile Court.
(2) According to sub-section (1), when the case is heard and processed in closed court, only the concerned children, their family members or guardians, victims, public prosecutors, relevant legal professionals and persons permitted by the Juvenile Court may enter.
(3) The proceedings of the closed session shall be as prescribed.
